  1. Order Cancellations
    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellations are not permitted as orders are processed and printed upon receipt.

  2. Payment Plan Cancellations
    If your order was made using a payment plan, such as Affirm or Shop Pay, cancellations must also occur within 24 hours. The first installment will be refunded, and your plan will be canceled without any additional charges.

  3. Custom Orders
    Due to the unique nature of custom orders, all custom purchases are non-cancelable and non-refundable once production begins. Please ensure your order details are accurate before finalizing the purchase.

  4. Membership Cancellations
    Our Six G Membership can be canceled at any time. However, membership fees are non-refundable once charged, and benefits will remain active for the duration of the paid period.

  5. Bulk Orders
    For bulk purchases or custom orders for businesses, a non-refundable deposit is required. Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and any additional costs incurred.
